I have worked with Mediterra on two projects. I'm giving a score for both. Their team provides good work. For us, things were slow towards the beginning as we were setting up. The pace accelerated as we progressed. They were a bit off schedule a couple of times.
When working with Mediterra, I encourage you to have well-defined acceptability criteria (or unit tests), and to communicate those with them from the start.
Would recommend Mediterra, as I had a positive experience with them.

They are excellent with backend development but would need to develop their front end skills to keep up with the market. I would rate them lower on pricing primarily because there are other vendors who would do this at a lower cost. Overall, i am very satisfied with the work that has been executed by Mediterra and would not have any issues in providing them more work in the future.
