Dr. Dror Zur is the life and soul behind Inspiring Vision, as an expert in Image Processing, Video Analysis and Medical Imaging. He also has long experience with practical solution of variety of high-complexity problems in the areas of Signal Processing, Numerical Analysis, Optimization, Neural Networks, Machine Learning and Generic Software Solutions of large Scale. Dror has published papers and issued patents in Vision and Imaging, and he is well familiar with the different R&D phases from relevant methodologies and standards, through tools and SW languages such as Matlab, C++, C# and Java.
Since 2004 Dror has a rich technological and managing experience in the Israeli Hi-Tech Industry, including two global corporations. He led and managed few Image Processing and Algorithm Development Groups, and before that he has worked on his Post-Doctorate at a USA leading Life Science University focusing on Human Vision, Brain Research and their relation to Computer Vision Technology. Before, Dror finished his Doctorate at the Weizmann Institute of Science and served for 11 years as an officer and a head of a section in a technological unit of the IDF.
Currently Dr. Zur is Leading Inspiring Vision and serves as a lecturer in Tel-Hai Academic College, teaching the courses of Video and Medical Image Analysis and Advanced Topics in Object Oriented Programming
Inspiring Vision's main expertise is in Image Processing, Computer Vision, Medical Device, and Large-Scale Software Projects. We also have special expertise in development for Mobile Platforms, especially complex applications requiring special algorithms.
Inspiring Vision gives also Consultancy and Support services in the aforementioned domains, including also Technological Management, Development Specification, Development Plan, Development Design, Development Standards and Methodology, and Regulations (Medical, Martial or General of good practice).
