Back office administrator for USA wholesaler/ecommerce retailer
We sell Israeli designed or manufactured consumer products extensively in the USA to stores, via on-line marketplaces and direct to consumer. To support this growing business we need a back-office administrator to work on the many processes required to support the supply chain from the manufacturer to the customer. This includes the following tasks:

- Maintaining inventory reports, inventory planning and forecasting
- Creating new items in multiple systems
- Working with customer systems to process purchase orders
- Booking customer shipments and generating required paperwork
- Answering customer inquiries
- Generating invoices
- Coordinating between customers, suppliers and warehouses

Requirements
- English mother tongue
- Advanced excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, etc)
- Superb organizational skills
- Ability to learn and work with multiple order and inventory systems
- Experience in logistics, sales support and shipping desirable
- Ability to work independently and take initiatives
- Familiarity with US retailers and consumer culture an advantage.
