Lead a team responsible for the deployment and maintenance of all institution standard applications, including the Banner Document Management system, Banner ERP System, Slate CRM system, Evisions Higher Education Software solutions and future project implementations regarding institution technology. Plan, manage and direct the daily activities of the Applications team and ensure all team projects, application roll-outs, upgrades and maintenance efforts are progressing effectively and efficiently. In addition, meets with leads from other departments regarding possible application solutions to business challenges, presenting them to management for further consideration and/or implementation.
