Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Freelance IT Specialist to support our technical needs on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for professionals looking for flexible work arrangements. You will provide IT support, manage systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist in IT-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Work with the IT managed service provider of the company
Manage system installations, updates, and configurations.
Assist with cloud services, cybersecurity, and data backups.
Support IT infrastructure maintenance and ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with teams to implement new technologies and improve workflows.
Document processes, create user guides, and provide training as needed.
Handle occasional on-call support for urgent technical issues.
Requirements
Proven experience as an IT Specialist, Support Engineer, or similar role.
Experience with networking, cybersecurity best practices, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and IT automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and ability to assist non-technical users.
Availability for part-time hours with flexible scheduling.
Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc. are a plus
ISO27001 certification experience
