The objective of the project was to develop a calculation engine that provided busieness intelligence to improve the quality of service in multiple call centers for a utilities company. This was a very complicated project because it involved bringing together data from multiple sources. The project was a success and I was very pleased with the Golan Solutions team. Unlike many other contractors that come in do the work and then goodbye and good luck, Golan Solutions continued supporting us long after the project was completed. As a result, we consider Golan Solutions to be a business partner and we will definetly be doing business with them again. Finally, I highly recommend this company to anybody interested in business intelligence solutions or web development projects.
