Linux/Squid Expert to install:
Ubuntu Server as router with Squid Transparent Proxy server
Squid Guard URL Filter on top of Squid
Configure the Squid to cache Youtube as well
DNS forwarder (caching DNS Queries) on the Ubuntu Server
Optinaly: adding a WEB UI to maintain a personal local DNS blacklist to prevent the Router/Proxy from accessing the listed URLs
