IT Specialist required - Halftime/Full Time

Job Description:
 Provide overall support for a wide range of
clients in Israel, without limitation
including:
 Entire scope of corporate infrastructures on-
premises and in cloud/SaaS
 Troubleshoot and assist end-users.
 Monitor active network and server
infrastructure.
 Perform routine preventative maintenance on
hardware and services.
 Administer network security measures to
prevent system interruptions or breaches.
 Execute sensitive data backup and restoration
procedures.
 Write documentation and user manuals.
 Identify and implement improvements to the
existing and new processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
 2-3 years of experience in multiple IT
functions
 Endpoint computers: Windows, Linux, Mac
 Servers: Linux, Windows
 SaaS: leading services, such as: Office 365,
Google, Dropbox etc…
 Network: Understanding and management
 Security oriented
 (advantage) Scripting
 (advantage) Cloud: Leading providers, such
as: AWS, Azure

Soft skills:
 Team player
 Service oriented
 Presentation skills
 Attention to details
 Ability to prioritise and multitask

Languages:
 English – High level required.
 Hebrew – High level required.
