Developing a Facebook based app for the Android operating system

developing a Facebook based app for the Android operating system. The application is to be programmed in Flash with Actionscript 3.0.

Key Application Functionality:

• Connection to Facebook. Knowledge of PHP for Facebook intergration.
• Tagging Facebook Pictures.
• Integration of Camera Functionality
• Importing images outside of the camera (As in a directory within the app holding pre-created images)
• Award System - with Externally imported PNG files to be used as awards for user accomplishments
• Use of Masks
• Photo Manipulation
• Capturing Bitmap data
• Uploading Pictures to Facebook
• Knowledge of UI and implementation from UI Designs to Final Product.
• Code is to be Easily readable and follow standards. No Spaghetti coding!
• Storing of User data with SQL Lite
• GPS Intergration. Saving users place when photograph is taken.


Here are some of the questions from my client :
1. Can you program in Actionscript 3.0?
2. Can you develop within the Flash Framework for Android.
3. If you cannot execute the tasks in the first two questions can you propose an alternative. Note: It is highly preferred that development be with Flash & Actionscript 3.0
4. Will you be available for future updates regarding the application>
5. If you have answered "Yes" to questions 1 & 2. Please send examples to our Company. If you cannot send examples please give a reason why.
6. Have you ever created a Facebook App(Mobile or Server based) that holds User Information on a Server(using MySQL & PHP)?
7. What would you prefer using for this sort of Application for the server-side work; PHP, Ruby on Rails, etc? We want you to be as comfortable as possible in the development cycle.
