System Engineering
Engineers who can work 5 days a week.
approximate no of tickets/dispatch requests per month – 30 Tickets per month
• nature of dispatch(full days or 2-3 hrs incidents) – Full days normally 08:30 – 17:30
• language requirements – English/hebrew
?– Resolve desktop, Laptop, hardware problems. Fix Operating, System, MS Office/Outlook, and VPN related issues. Install/Reimage PC’s, Backup and restore user data. Work remotely with Service Desk and Remote Desktop Support teams as and when needed. Provide Support in Business Meetings for initial setup. Printers Support (Mapping Printers, Smart hands)
Network and Telecom Hands and Feet Support – Provide basic smart hands support for network and telecom devices under directions of remote network support team
Server Hands and Feet Support – Provide basic server smart hands support under directions of remote server support team
Vendor Coordination - Coordinate with Dell/other vendors for warranty replacements & repair
Incident Management -Coordinates/Complete all work mentioned on support ticket (Incident/Request), Update the ticket with proper work logs and resolve with User confirmation.
Deskside tools- ITSM (Tracking System) and Active Directory (User/Computer accounts), IM (Communicator)
