Design and build a backend service on AWS , that will integrate with Payments and Settlements systems. the solution will capture SFTP files or legacy messages, translate and expose in modern REST API.

knowledge of payments is plus, debit/credit, settlements, ledger, reconciliation.
knowledge of ISO20022, and SWIFT MT/MX messaging is a plus.
