Junior IT Engineer - 1 year position as freelancer

Looking for a reliable junior IT engineer to work as a freelancer in the Israeli branch of a hi-tech global company

- Full-time job for at least one year
- Location: Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv

What is needed?
- Good English in addition to Hebrew
- At least two years experience
- Self-motivated and task-oriented
- Preventive actions ability to prevent recurring failures
- Ability to perform smart field work ("Smart Hands") based on guidance
- Experience in service call systems
- Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 23 kg
- Advantage for holders of CompTIA A + and \ or practical IT\electronics certification

Technical:
IT Support - A beginning support engineer level
Rich experience in IT support \ troubleshooting \ installations - hardware, software, operating systems, support for end users, communication equipment, peripherals, laptops \ desktops, daily usage applications
At least basic knowledge (WAN-LAN) and knowledge of TCP / IP communication services (including DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP)
Exprience in Windows OS administration
Smart Hands ability in everything related to peripherals and communication equipment - monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, faxes, scanners, routers (with \ without WIFI), switches, firewalls, cabinets, patch-panel \ multiport panel and more
Advantage: Apple applications and computers on MAC / LINUX (preferably) and MAC / OS that is also recommended to have, Radio RF / Bluetooth devices, thermal printers, Zebra printers, Mobile-Iron and Intune systems, VDI, SCCM, LAN Desk, Altiris, Skype for Business, OneDrive
