IT Specialist Freelancer required - one day a week on costumer site.

Responsibilities:

 Troubleshoot and assist end-users.
 Overseas users/branches.
 Perform routine preventative maintenance on hardware and services.
 Assist in various on-going projects
 Write documentation and user manuals.

Qualifications & Skills:
 2-5 years of experience in multiple IT functions
 Endpoint computers: Mac, Windows, Linux
 Servers: Linux, Windows
 Network: Understanding and management
 Security oriented
 (advantage) Cloud: Leading providers, such as: AWS, Azure
 (advantage) SaaS: world leading services, such as: Office 365, Google
