Spheris is grounded in the idea of decentralized application acquisition. An ecosystem where software developers have a direct gateway to reach new markets of consumers, with the ability to provide diverse ways of value exchange, securely and anonymously. Spheris aims to be the missing link between developers and consumers who are interested in purchasing or leasing software. Embracing decentralization will break the convention of having the need for third-party entities who collect fees on transactions. Removal of corporate entities, such as credit card companies and banks, becomes possible coincidentally with maintaining core interests of both developers and consumers.
The components that comprise the Spheris platform will give specific solutions to payment processing, software distribution platform and software storage. With a successful technical implementation of our ideas, we intend Spheris to become the modus operandi in the decentralized software application payment processing market.

The idea of Armoraid was to provide affordable DDoS protection to small online businesses with a simple online registration and configuration process.
I have:
- Defined and developed management system that integrated into Cisco hardware (located at Bezeq Int New York location) to update configurations and read statistics.
- Defined and developed DNS management system that worked with our custom DNS servers.
- Created an easy process where the client could submit his information, get all configuration details, provide billing information and setup DDoS protection for his website in a matter of minutes.

From Developer to CTO

I first came to Online365 in late 2004 as a PHP/Mysql developer, first hired employee.
The company was small and had less than 5 staff members.
As the company grew so did my skills and responsibilities, I went all the way from
being a PHP/Mysql developer to full-stack developer and up to become the CTO of the
company.
Under my management was the whole technical side of the company which among
others included:
- Designing, planning and developing web services.
I have the ability to understand the needs of the department that has minor or no
technical view of things at all, design the specifications, plan workload and resources,
supervise the development process and rollout a great web service/product, meeting
the deadline.
- Purchasing, installing, configuring and maintaining web and office servers and
other hardware.
I am able to make a research of the latest technological innovations, select the most
suitable hardware to do the job, configure it and install to serve web or office users. I
have successfully integrated web load balancing, DDoS protection, office IVR system,
office VoIP together with asterisk call center that had users from several offices in
different parts of the world, and many more.
- Planning, configuring and supervising office network that was spread over 3
geographic locations on different continents.
Define needs, foresee bottlenecks, manage security policies, troubleshoot problems
and much more.
- Servicing more than 80 office end-users.
I kept the office hardware up and running, managed the peripheral devices, maintained
software licensing and everything else to ensure a smooth and continuous end-user
workflow.
All that and more I was able to achieve with the help of 8 developers and 2 system
administrators working under my management.
