My customers include SpaceIL, Elbit Systems, and QinetiQ, North America where I provide program management, systems engineering and business development services. Prior to this position, I was a Delivery Project Manager at NDS/Cisco where I was responsible for management and integration delivery of cable and satellite TV set-top boxes to media providers around the world.

I have led the R&D efforts of many highly successful programs in the U.S. Before making Aliyah in 2010, I led Boeing's product and business development in space robotic and science missions for NASA where I have been responsible for all aspects of the development of new space business (marketing, strategy, sales, teaming, acquisitions, R&D investment planning, proposal team leadership and technical management.) While at NASA Hqs, I managed all new astrophysics programs and led the team that created the James Webb Space Telescope, the largest and most powerful space-based optical system in the world. I also managed several other projects as well, including the Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy (SOFIA), the world’s largest airborne observatory, the Space Interferometry Mission and the Terrestrial Planet Finder. I have had direct responsibility of high technology development budgets exceeding $500 million per year and project teams of hundreds of engineers and scientists. I have had up to 10 direct reports during my career, and have routinely lead 3 to 5 different projects at the same time.
