The initial on site consultation is free of charge.
10% of the total cost (including VAT) is needed as a down payment before initiation of the company services.
The total cost of the services provided will be outlined on the proposal sent by email within 72 hours after the initial consultation.
All remaining payment is due 25 business days after submission of the final report or product.
Extended Payment plans are offered in exceptional cases.

Maintained the organizational infrastructure for a small non-profit organization, by managing the knowledge, archiving the databases, and facilitating the weekly meetings. Additionally, I was responsible for updating the financial information, expenses, payroll, and human resource databases.

This included making sure that each employee had relevant permissions (but no more than what was necessary), so that each person had access to the necessary resources to complete their work.

I used Google Drive and Google Sites to manage the company's logistics. In order to manage the payroll and the expenses, I implemented pivot tables using Google Spreadsheets.

I have conducted consulting projects in several small businesses in Herzliya, a small business in Jerusalem, and conducted practicum for my Masters degree in Organizational Behavior and Development in a large international high tech firm in Israel.

For the small businesses, as a part of a team of consultants, I conducted interviews, created a business plans including recommendations to improve sales/marketing strategy, and analyzed past financial documents.

The practicum involved conducting a full diagnostic process by interviewing relevant employees, observing meetings, and accessing archival data. From this information, as a team, we were able to provide an answer to our client's questions regarding the implementation of a new methodology in the workplace and recommendations for managing the obstacles.
