Design English and Mobile Site for Nonprofit Radio Show/Podcast

We are doing a major update to our website. A designer has already created .psd mock-ups for the Hebrew version of our site (5 pages), but we need to create fleshed-out designs for an English version, and for a mobile version in each language. We also need to make some tweaks to the existing design, and to create a webstore page for all versions.

About us:
Israel Story is one of the most popular national radio shows in Israel, and the first documentary storytelling podcast of its kind in the country. The show shines a light on the big and little dramas that comprise Israeli life, amplifying voices that are rarely heard on the mainstream media. Israel Story began as a hobby project of four friends, but before long, they’d landed a spot on the national public radio station Galay Tzahal. Israel Story has also branched out into English, co-producing its first English season with Tablet Magazine. The Hebrew podcast has been recognized as the best in Israel, and the English has gotten a lot of really positive attention-- it was featured in the New York Times, an episode was selected as one the top 10 best podcast episodes of 2014, and stories from the first season have been heard on NPR stations across the US, including on national shows like 'Snap Judgment' and 'To the Best of Our Knowledge.' We are a non-profit and a small team, but we put a lot of work into making high quality audio productions, and we want our website to be as well-crafted as our show.

Website Purpose:
The main functionality of our website is to give listeners an easy way to find and listen to the episodes of our show. Because we broadcast in English and Hebrew, we basically have two parallel websites— israelstory.org and en.israelstory.org. We also use our website to ask for donations from our listeners, and intend host a webstore on our site too where we can sell t-shirts, etcetera. Past that, we also use the site to provide extra information about our show and our stories.

Timeframe and Payrate:
We are under significant time pressure on this. At the very very latest, the project needs to be done August 26th, but if you can commit to an earlier deadline, we will definitely look at that favorably. Pay is for completion, not hourly.
