an expert in CSS needed to work on many and various projects. work starts immidietly. the expert must be high skilled and familiar with photoshop. websites should fully support IE7,IE8,IE9,FireFox,Chrome. please do not bid if you cant show works that apply to the terms above. i am asking foir a price per hour(right now i have a 6 pages websites that needs to the converted to XHTML from PSD, and i might start with the freelancer with only a simple landing page just to see the level, before i move to the website) I have a lot of work(6-8 websites every month) and am looking for someone high skilled, polite and kind to provide me with this service. good luck.
