Brook is a digital health company, creating a wellness platform to solve the growing need of chronic disease self-management. With our initial focus on diabetes, Brook is a personalized diabetes management service using a conversational UI to deliver customers with real time contextual insights, recommendations and care circle support to help them stay in the zone.

Brook was founded in 2015 with the aim of making the lives of diabetics, and other chronic sufferers, be as healthy as they an be.

The team is a diverse bunch – from inventors and developers to medical professionals and entrepreneurs – united in our shared goal of creating a new, more effective way of managing diabetes and chronic disease for everyone.
