eWave Real Estate specialises in providing comprehensive services in real estate, with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and attractive real estate projects and management. Within the context of the development company specialised in urban renewal projects, including the identification, planning and implementation of urban renewal projects and projects of the plan 38 by Urban demand. The company also specialises in locating land approved for construction in areas with a high potential for improvement and the formulation and management of purchasing groups.
The inspiration initially, due to modelling projects customary in the field of activity of the Company, created the first sketch of modelling that shows people leisure time and quality of life in the background of varied region, the second sketch was created on an urban scene whith real models of buildings under the Company's operations but after more brainstorming, The company decided to brand inspired by the famous picture “Lunch atop a Skyscraper", (New York Construction Workers Lunching on a Crossbeam) is a famous black-and-white photograph taken during construction of the RCA Building at 30 Rockefeller Center in Manhattan, New York City, United States. The final visual, which surrounds the cover of the brochure, presents a variety of people in the front and rear sight on the beam with Tel Aviv city on the background.
It was a great pleasure to fly with the imagination and certainly challenging, particularly at the level of detail required to produce the final product and company branding.
We were delighted to work on other projects of the company as well and look forward to continued fruitful activity in the future.
