As part of several client-side products I coded, I made use of Ajax capabilities of the javascript framework in use, such as ExtJS and JQuery. The use of Ajax made it possible to update the GUI with fresh data received from the server. Such capability prevents from the entire page to be refreshed and gave the user rich experience and ease-of-use of the application.

As part of the use of javascript framework, such as ExtJS and JQuery, I embeded panels and windows using pure HTML5 components and styled it using CSS3. In addition, I used frameworks that made rich visualization using Canvas or SVG. Such frameworks include D3, HighCharts, dc.js, Infoviz and more.

10 years experience of use of J2EE frameworks such as Spring and EJB 3. Using of J2EE services such as persistency, transactions, web servers, web services, JMX, Multithreading and clustering. Building according to J2EE specification made it possible to port the application from one application server to another. I successfully operated the systems on JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere and WebLogic.

14 years of server side Java development, using major Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Apache projects and more. I deployed the systems on several different application servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere and WebLogic. Server side included web server, persistence, transactions, web services, REST and business logic services. The systems were designed to connect to external systems using Web services, REST, XML-RPC and JSON. The system where designed for best performance and handled mass input data.

14 years of building large scale systems from the ground to production phase. Lead software teams including architects, engineers and QA. Analysed customer needs, design a solution and provide implementation. Manage a project from the pre-sale efforts, through requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, delivering and support.

3 years experience with data analysis, including Machine Learning Technics, Data mining and statistics. I made vast use of R statistical computing to analyse, build and test data research algorithms. I made use of NoSQL DB's such as MongoDB and graph DB. I build several components using Expert Systems such as rule engine. In addition, I have 14 years experience in text analysis including NLP and entity extraction (Gate) and search engines (Lucene, Solr).

2 years experience with several JavaScript framework, JQuery was one of them. I made use its capabilities to control HTML5 elements and alter their behavior. In addition, I used JQuery's additional services such as Ajax requests, data format and more.

5 years experience in building rich internet applications using ExtJS. I made use of its MVC capabilities (Controllers, views, models, Stores) and embedded its components, including layouts, panels, forms, grids, toolbar, buttons, combo, checkboxes and more. The client applications included single page with tabs and panels. Using Ajax, I made rich user experience, updating different parts of the UI with fresh data from the server.

In 3 different start-up companies, I built several products from the ground up, include definition phase, architecture, design, coding, testing up to delivery to customer. The definition phase included producing of several design documents such as HLD, SDD, STD. As part of pre-sale and post-sale activities I produced diagrams, documents and presentation of the technical characteristics of the product. In several cases I composed guides for the installation and use of the product.
