MetaCom is small but secure messenger and file exchange tool available for iOS and Android. The main feature is that you run all the files exchange and messaging on your own server, the installation guide is simple and provided. To enter a chat room you have to know its name, you also can't enter chat room if there are two interlocutors there. You can't see any chat history before you entered the room, you can't see the name of your interlocutor. After the chat is left, the chat history gets deleted (you can save the text file describing messages on phone, if you want to). To download the file outside of the chat you need to know its identifier which is generated after file upload to the server, so nobody who doesn't know you personally can't access your data. Besides that, file gets deleted after it was downloaded from server.
