• Experience working through all phases of product development lifecycle in the field of medical disposable plastics and silicone devices (stopcocks, manifolds, valves, transducers, blisters, sets, kits), including mechanical design and development.
• 3D and 2D modeling, preparing prototypes with 3D printing and CNC machining. Hands on approach, testing, statistical analysis and documentation (verification plans as well as reports), following specific business and technical requirements as well as ISO standards in the field of I&V therapy (ISO-594, 8536, 80369, 13485), Enteral feeding, Anesthesia, Interventional Cardiology & Radiology and ICU.
• Managing external sub-contractors in all aspects, time line and budget. Profound knowledge in design for mass production (injection molding, automatic assembly).
• Experience in project management, including definition of client requirements, tracing time-lines and budgets, tracing manufacturing activities through design verification and validation phases.
• Coordinating various branches of manufacturing processes, starting from communication with customers and suppliers, adjustments of products to customer demands, product design (PDR, DDR, CDR, and FDR), formulation of the PRD out of MRD requirements managing DHF file and working procedures, verifying the design with assistance of various lab tests and statistical analyses, with accordance to the specifications and standards.
