Design and manufacture upgrades and/or modifications to OEM equipment as per Customers request and liaise with product responsible department.
Project management
Ensure designs are according to standard.
Checking and approving of Engineering drawings, parts, BOM’s (Captured in Team center) and calculations.
Specifying materials and Welding Procedures to be used for design.
Local cite administrator for PDMLink and Teamcenter
Generating of Scope of Work (SOW) documentation, Engineering Reports and Design reports.
Generating CPA’s and customer quotations.
Liaising with Sales-, Service-, Repair Department, Stores, Purchasing and Logistics ensuring project on time completion, Project closure and Invoicing.
Assisting production during design manufacturing and factory acceptance testing.
