Business Intelligence Manager
Aqua Security- At Aqua Security, a leading cybersecurity platform, I led the Business Intelligence team in delivering advanced analytics and data-driven strategies. My key responsibilities included:
- Analytics Tools Development: Implemented tools for management to build data-driven strategies, including ARR and sales forecasts.
- Data Integration: Revolutionized data integration by setting data points in products and breaking down silos in a fast-growing environment.
- 360-Degree Customer Views: Provided Customer Success Managers with comprehensive views from multiple data sources and entities.
- Team Leadership: Managed a team of seven (three in-house, four outsourced), working closely with stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Tool Selection and Innovation: Led Proof of Concept (POC) projects for tool selections and provided innovative solutions to enhance data capabilities.
- In this role, I reported directly to the CIO and was instrumental in driving data maturity and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Eitan group- In this company I started as one men department, and integrated MIS solutions and developed the data platform. over the years recruit team member for both BI and MIS, then lead the teams and then became a manager for these two groups.
- I left after 6 years altogether.
- Found data department to integrate, develop and maintain company’s data growth and company’s requirements.
- Constructed the company’s DWH on SQL server using SSIS.
- Store and organize data from multiple and distributed sources.
- Gather requirements, KPI’s and management needs, defining Data units, conceptual modules, dimensions.
- Built reports and dashboards in Tableau and PBI.
- Write complex queries and stored procedures in SQL.
- Integrate ERP, CRM, WMS, PLM applications from end to end.
- As a lead:
- Lead and mentor BI developers, Data Engineers, Data Analysts.
- Worked closely with DevOps, Web developers, Application integrators.
- Encourage the team to develop and learn new technologies, identify their strengths, and review their work.
- Evolving company’s applications from on-prem solutions to cloud and SaaS.
- Evolving company’s op-prem DWH to AZURE- replacing the SSIS solution with Azure Data Factory.
- As a manger I identified the most valuable data in the eco system and translate this data to stories.
- I established the Data committee that it’s goal was to put the Data in the core of the management strategy decision as well as the product developing efforts
