My name is Kfir Adam and I'm the CEO and the owner of Speak2Go ltd.
Speak2Go specializes on teaching English as a second language through speech practicing.

About myself:
I'm working in the hi-tech industry in Israel since 1987.
I have started as electrical engineer and spent the first 10 years of my career as an engineer and R&D manager in private companies that dealt with multidisciplinary products (electronics, software and mechanics).
As R&D manager and as an entrepreneur, I faced the full products' life cycle from idea to development, transfer to production and post-sale service of customers.
Since 1996 I have initiate 7 start-up companies always as entrepreneur and CEO.
Education
I hold B.Sc. in Electrical and Computers Engineering from Ben-Gurion University (1987) and M.E. of Biomedical Engineering from the Technion (2015).

CEO and owner
Speak2Go provides a comprehensive solution for teaching English as Second Language through speech practicing.
2010-2017: LNTS Linguistech Solutions - CEO
I have performed a full turnaround of the company.
The company holds unique Speech Recognition Technology that creates significant advantage for its products.
We have developed 2 products:
The EZ-Sync a tool for automatic caption creation for the film post production industry in the US.
The EZ-Speak an application and engine for assessment and teaching to speak English.
The company vision is to teach Chinese to speak English with a clear, American accent.
2003-2010: EPRS – Co-founder and CEO
EPRS deals with marketing prepaid products electronically. When I sold the company, its total revenue was USD 30 million a year.
In 2008 I founded and managed a subsidiary in Turkey.
I've managed sales team in Israel and Turkey and I've prepared a prospectus for IPO in TASU.
2000-2002: Cellpay – Founder and president
The company developed a mobile payment system using a cellphone. As part of my duties I raised fund from VCs and angels. Year later, mobile payment has become a big issue. Experts say the company was ahead of its time by 10 years.
1997-2000: Adamtech – Founder and CEO
Adamtech has developed a cellular payphone, which integrates a smart card as a payment method.
1992-1996: Engineering and R&D Manager of Azimuth
I was the R&D manager and the chief engineer of the company. As part of my duties I was in charge of the R&D department and the transfer to production of products.
1997-2000: Senior engineer Azimuth
In the last 3 years in Azimuth I worked in a part time job and started Adamtech During this period as company's chief engineer, I've developed the Atlas system that has generate over 90% of the company's revenues and was the major asset when the company was acquired by Elbit 11 year later.
1977- 1982: Military Service
I served as an officer in the elite unit of Sayeret Matkal.
Other Relevant Information
I am characterized by creativity, high decision-making capabilities and common sense.
I am a big believer of hard work, teamwork and integrity.
What I'm looking for?
I'm looking for mission which needs my expertise as a technological entrepreneur. Those mission should be crucial to the company's future and may be characterised by the need of disruption and innovation.
Basic steps will be to learn the subject, understand the competition and the state-of-the-arts technologies, prepare and execute a focused and cost-effective plan to create value and significant advantage for the company.
I'm looking to work and lead small group of qualified members without the overhead of the CEO's additional tasks.
