Experienced Web designer and programmer for an E-commerce website

This job cinsists of two parts we would like one person to handle them both but if needed we have no problem splitting the job.

Part 1 - Web design
3 PSD's (cut and sliced to a html file) -
1 Main page
2 Catgegory page
3 Inner page (category / general info page).

Part 2
Fitting the website on the

The design should fit on an E-commerce software we have purchased....
