We are changing decisions every day. So far, we’ve helped 70 organizations to lead 300 consultations with 400k stakeholders. 80% of the decisions made after using our tool were different then before. We worked with half of the Israeli government, on policies ranging from helping citizens to get welfar benefits, protecting the environment and better integrating Israeli Ethiopeans. Recently, we started working in the US and Germany. We built our technology by ourselves, with revenues from clients.

We are looking for a full time server developer & IT manager to join our R&D team. What’s needed?

BE FAMILIAR (OR CAPABLE TO BE FAMILIAR) WITH C# * ASP.NET * MSFT Azure * MS SQL * WEB API * VPN * CDN * Web Security * Web Services * Load Balancing * Scalability

HAVE AT LEAST 2 YRS OF EXPERIENCE IN Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, IT Industry or IT management.

GET READY TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Developing a clear, testable code; enhancing our API and upgrading our server-side code; managing our IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and services; Design & deliver a scalability plan in terms of performance, capacity,network connectivity, servers health, system backups; Make sure nobody can hack our system (or at least make it REALLY difficult).
