Need a freelancer for implementing a WordPress template design

For an existing web magazine in WordPress, a programmer is needed to implemented the new design to code.

The design is already built and is complete. But need to be implemented as a new template in WordPress, following the design rules and current structure of the site. Both web and mobile versions.

All the material is in properly cut PSD for all categories. The site includes, besides the main home page, articles, and another 5 pages (about us, contact, etc).
