Desigin of a Flash banner, static (jpg) badges and other modifications to existing jpgs

Email communication for this project will be in English. Applicants must feel perfectly comfortable reading and writing in English.

Reef Clubs Banner:

We need a Flash Banner (468x60 px) to promote a new set of functionality offered to Reef Clubs in our website. The idea is that the flash will first say something like "Reef Clubs Welcome!!" and then all the features we offer Reef Clubs will appear one after the other... "Club Homepage", "Mass PM all your Club members at once", "Support for Club Sponsors", "Club Events Calendar", "and more".

Reviewers Badges:

We currently have two badges for Reviewers: a "Reviewer" badge and "Sr. Reviewer" badge. These are each 100x30 px jpgs. We need a third level which we will probably call "Elite Reviewer". This third level may require us to slightly modify the existing two badges and create the third one. Simple textual stuff - nothing too fancy.

ROTM Badges:

ROTM stands for "Reviewer Of The Month". We need the ROTM badge designed (100x30 px jpg) and a set for the next 5 months prepared. Our initial idea was to do something simple that would say "ROTM Aug09"
