WEB Site for a monitoring and control project

For a new monitoring and control application I need a new prototype WEB site.

A Machine in the field sends sensors data to a cloud based database (possibly Cloudant) with few data sets each having few values of numerical data that is constantly updated at a rate of 1 to 40 records per second.

The main WEB site screen should display real-time graphs and textual data.

Basic requirements:

- Display an image of a certain device on the main WEB page.
- Most recent values: Display 3 most recent values from the database near the image.
- Most recent values: Display most recent values from the database in nice text boxes on the main WEB page.
- Average & max values: Display average & min & max values from the database in nice text boxes on the main WEB page.
- Main graph: Display a living real time graph of the data on part of the main page. X axis represents time (preferably the user can select any combination of 1 to 3 colored graphs on the same chart with different Y values text numbers).
User should be able to pause and restart real-time charting.
When paused, user should be able to zoom, pan and scale the graphs.
- Secondary graph: same as above but for a single parameter.
- Main table view: Display grid view table with the latest 10 rows on part of the main page. User should be able to pause and restart table refreshing (refresh every 1 or 2 seconds).
When paused user should be able to display other pages (next, previous, first, last page, numbered pages) with buttons. Table scrolling is nice to have.
- Second data table display: 2nd table (more or less like the main table).
- A few buttons for starting / stopping machine operation
- 3 input fields for editing parameters with arrows for incrementing q decrementing values.
- Display logo and a few constant labels on top & bottom of the pages
Nice to have:
- Registration login capability

I prefer the development to be performed with d3.js and java script.
