מערכת לניהול ותאום טיפול במטופל על בסיס רשת חברתית

אני רוצה לפתח רשת חברתית שתאפשר לחולים ורופאים לתכנן ולעקוב אחר תוכנית טיפולית.

כמו כן, המערכת צריכה להיות באינטגרציה עם פייסבוק ועם מראה דומה.

The site will be used to help the management of patients with severe diseases.

The site has to integrate with facebook and have a similar look and feel.

Components:

Doctor page: Each doctor has a page with contact details and information that he updates regularly.

Patient page: A patient gets a page generated automatically. The page has basic info about the disease.

Disease page: A a module similar to Digg or Evernotes that allows users of the network to post interesting sections of text/images/video from other sites. The users can then rank these snippets; follow other users with a good selection of feeds etc., Post can be tagged by disease stage (or other tags) and then users can have information relevant to them posted on their wall.

Use case 1: The doctors opens a new page for a patient with a disease. The page has basic information about the disease. The user can grant access to other users via facebook or directly so that they can help follow the management of the disease.

Use case 2: The doctor can place a treatment plan for the patient to be displayed in a timeline (i.e., CT scan on Dec 23re; first chemotherapy on Jan 2nd; etc.,). The patient can give access to other doctors to add to the plan.

Use case 3: A patient follows the physician to get updates and information posted to his/her wall. Similarly can follow the disease page.

Use case 4: In both the disease-page and the patient page there is a possibility to automatically translate posts (google translate; bing or other). [optional - once a post is translated a user can make changes to the text to make sure it is translated well].

Use case 5: Users can share posts with their friends in the system. Users can post messages (private/public) to their friends (incl. doctor).
