Looking for Co-founder: Game Mechanics and Design Expert

Looking for an experienced game designer who has extensive experience in the gaming industry, to develop a game-like programs, facebook and/or smartphone apps for a various industries.

You should be able to hire and manage freelancers online to help you develop a program that will incentivize users with a particular motivation toward behaviors desired ; ( ***moreover to want to do this, themselves, independent of our instruction***), in order to achieve tokens, commendation, in-game awards, social approval.

The co-founder must have the experience to implement necessary tasks to achieve fruition:

Discovery (i.e. interact to discern, dissect, and discover the useful and central items of the treatment)
Conceptualise (put those ideas into a useful framework that is accessible to users)
Design
Test
Validate
Implement

Co-founder experience in Game Mechanics such as leader boards, points systems, progression, reward schedules, community collaboration, feedback loops, Status (Badges - Trophy) etc. and other such wrinkles, is prerequisite.

Co-founder must also have experience in Virtual Currency systems and be familiar in its use and application along with measuring player engagement in the gamified environment via KPI's and analytics which can be used to monitor trends and capture in dashboards.

The end product can be a smart phone application, a website enhanced with game mechanics, computer program for those without smart phone, facebook app… which ever help mold behavior fro users, and monitor and report on those users' progress.

Finally – this is not another listing for freelance work. I'm looking for a co-founder who wants to be a part of a new business venture, that is innovative, driven by creativity, focused on delivering real value to real customers, who are willing to pay top dollars for the service.

Again, I'm looking for an individual, so companies and teams need not apply.
