Creating a pixel for an adnetwork

In order to track the conversion(4) OpenX is using a cookie when a click was made and then we are implementing 1x1 Image pixel on the "thank you page"(the page a user sees after he make a conversion).
The pixel is fired and then OpenX is counting the conversion.

Our problem:
We are working with other system like OpenX and we need their tags to be implemented on the client website as well.
- We can implement only one pixel in the Advertiser side.
- We are adding new systems all the time.

Solution(where you come in):

We want to create a Master pixel that we can implement on the Advertiser websites instead of OpenX pixel.
The MP will fire all of the pixel that are linked to him.

We will need a small UI platform that we will be able to create new MP(for a new Advertiser) and link the pixels from OpenX and others to it.
