Looking for an experienced freelancer for customizing the background of an iPAD app

- we need to customize the the background of an iPAD & windows application.
it includes the buttons that needs to be adjusted to have a round shape.

- total number of pages to be created about 18

- screen images of all pages will be submitted for customization.
