Job description:
We are searching for a lead developer to join the company R&D group. The

group develops Leadspace innovative platform. Our developers drive

complex software design and development, with delivery responsibility

through the entire life cycle. They also develop solutions to complex

problems which require ingenuity and innovation
Requirements:
• A computer science degree - BSc. is a must, MSc. is a big advantage
• A proven track record of a minimum 3 year as a J2EE developer
• Experience with high scalability , high availability , multi-threaded and

multi processes programming.
• Energetic, innovative, smart & have start up mentality
• Database modeling and development experience (MySql Preferred)
• A team player with a strong social and communication skills

Knowledge and experience of one or more of the following is an advantage:
• Good knowledge in Spring & Hibernate – highly preferred
• Working experience with Zookeeper, MongoDB, CouchDB, Redis,

Memcache, Hadoop - Big advantage
• scalability technologies - Big advantage
