Website developer for social website

I will leave it very general but i do have sepcific requirements document. will be given to relevant consultants/freelancers.

1. Look & Feel: Clean, Social - http://www.airbnb.com/
2. Users should be able to add offers for their products & search for matching products
3. System should send email with mathing offers
4. Login is with social network: FaceBook, LinkedIn, Google + and Twitter.
5. admin: should have system to control all texts, links, footer, logo, etc. w/o need to know HTML. Also he should have comprehensive reports for controlling offers, deals, users, etc. and lastly all values should be dynamic
6 .Website should have daily interface to data source
7. WebPages: around 10 standard WebPages: homepage, T&C, privacy, about us, etc. all the rest of the pages are dynamic.
