Looking for experiensed person in vBulletin ! Must have experience in vBulletin !

1. Upgrade vBulletin from version 3.5.4 to version 4.0 Publishing Suite
2. Add captcha to the Signup page (might not be necessary in the 4.0 Publishing Suite)
3. Delete msgs queue
4. Fix skin:
- If I am in a drilled-down page, I should see a directory-tree on top (Home>School Life>Why do they bully me>). This is missing
- If I am logged in as a moderator or admin, the in-line moderation tools (from within the forums) are missing buttons, controls, and even pages!
- Under 'Thread Tools', if I choose 'move/copy thread', there are fields missing, and the 'ok' button on the bottom is missing
- Under 'Thread Tools', if I choose 'Split Thread', the entire control page is missing
- all of the other controls of this sort need to be checked...
5. Put new Homepage up, and apply new banner to site (from PSD files)
6. Write 8 queries from the DB
