ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓ Design and implementation of Atlassian-based platforms (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket)
✓ Leading the stages of requirements analysis, evaluation, and technological validation
✓ Adapting solutions to organizational business needs
✓ Ongoing collaboration with PM, Development, QA, and other teams

REQUIREMENTS:
✓ Proven experience implementing Atlassian solutions in a medium-to-large organization
✓ Ability to understand business processes and adapt technological solutions at the implementation level
✓ Strong interpersonal skills and professional leadership with users
✓ Independence, responsibility, and ability to work in a multi-interface environment
