Autonomous Web Scraping & M&A Acquisition Monitoring Bot Developer

I am looking for an experienced developer to build a fully autonomous automation system composed of two intelligent bots.



BOT 1 – Acquisition-Search Automation (Main Bot)

This bot must automatically search for company acquisitions based on the following criteria:
• Country of the buyer
• Country of the acquired company
• Exclude all acquisitions where both companies are from the same country
• Filter results by acquisition date

The bot must also:
• Identify the ultimate parent company of the buyer
• Retrieve all majority-owned subsidiaries located in different countries
• Continuously update the database
• Avoid duplicates (no duplicate entries under any circumstance)



BOT 2 – Autonomous Source-Discovery Crawler

A second bot must continuously scan the internet to automatically detect:
• new websites
• new articles
• law firms’ deal announcements
• M&A platforms
• any source publishing acquisition information

Using keywords such as:
acquisition, merger, takeover, buyout, M&A, corporate acquisition, etc.

This bot must:
• Automatically discover new sources
• Automatically add all new valid sources to the main bot
• Ensure the system grows alone over time with no manual input



Final Goal

Build a fully autonomous acquisition-monitoring system that:
• Finds cross-country acquisitions based on defined rules
• Identifies parent companies and their subsidiaries
• Continuously discovers new M&A sources
• Updates data in real time
• Avoids duplicates
• Requires zero manual maintenance
