Seeking Experienced Lawyer for Unpaid Loan & Breach of Contract Cases (Contingency Fee)

I am looking for a determined and experienced lawyer to handle two court cases against the same defendants:
1. Unpaid Loan Case – The loan, including unpaid interest, currently stands at approximately 360,000 NIS and continues to accrue.
2. Breach of Contract Case – In the last hearing, the judge indicated that the potential damages, including Hozlap and other costs, are now around 700,000 NIS. However, I would need clarification on the full implications of this statement.
I seek a lawyer who:
- is tough and assertive in court, not just with opposing counsel but also when dealing with a lawyer involved in the case who provided false testimony and denied his role as a trustee.
- Is willing to work on a contingency fee basis, with a percentage to be agreed upon.
- Understands complex financial disputes and contract law.
- Is not afraid to challenge another lawyer in court, even in a system where such cases can be sensitive.
