Lead Development Teams: Guide and mentor a high-performing development team, ensuring the delivery of top-tier solutions.
Design and Build: Write optimized, efficient Node.js code while maintaining industry best practices.
Architect Cloud Solutions: Manage and optimize our system architecture on AWS, ensuring scalability and performance.
Blockchain and Smart Contracts: Oversee the integration and management of blockchain technologies and smart contracts.
Drive Innovation with AI: Implement and integrate AI tools to automate processes, enhance platform capabilities, and improve overall efficiency.
Ensure Security: Lead the cybersecurity efforts to protect our platform from potential threats.
Manage Data: Leverage your expertise with databases to improve data-driven decisions and enhance the user experience.
Quality Assurance: Lead QA processes to ensure the reliability and quality of our applications.

Who You Are:
5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with deep expertise in Node.js.
Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Solid background in API development, smart contracts, and blockchain integration.
Expertise in AI and its integration into development processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and data management practices.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
