* 5+ years of experience as a React Native Developer in Android and iOS environments.
* 3+ years of experience in native Android or iOS development.
* Proven experience in developing real-time video/audio/data streaming for mobile apps.
* Expertise in complex UIs and adapting them to various mobile phones and tablets.
* Experience with mobile communication interfaces such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC.
* Familiarity with mobile app background services like background audio, real-time notifications, and PIP.
* Experience with RESTful APIs and their integration into mobile apps.
* Excellent communication skills for working with all departments, including offshore colleagues.
