Technical Project Lead

## Role Overview:

As Technical Project Lead, you will be the cornerstone of our ambitious project, tasked with building modular, scalable component libraries from the ground up. This role is not just about coding; it's about building a legacy through knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and leadership. You'll be working in a high-impact project, requiring both deep technical expertise and a talent for guiding and inspiring teams.


## Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of component-based libraries built on Nest.js and React, ensuring scalability, modularity, and adherence to best practices.
- Champion community engagement and knowledge sharing, promoting collaborative efforts and innovation within and beyond the team.
- Apply design patterns effectively to build robust and maintainable systems.
- Manage and create common CI/CD pipelines and tools, enhancing development and deployment efficiency of various teams.
- Direct and mentor dynamic technical teams, encouraging a culture of learning and innovation.
- Communicate technical and project details effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving discussions and consensus.


## Qualifications:

- Expertise in Nest.js and React: Demonstrable experience in developing scalable, high-quality applications and libraries from scratch with Nest.js and React. Deep understanding of their ecosystems, best practices, and advanced features.
- Proficiency in Design Patterns: Strong knowledge of design patterns and their application in software development to create robust and maintainable systems.
- Proficiency in DevOps Practices: Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration, along with proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines to enhance development and deployment efficiency.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to effectively lead technical teams, manage project timelines, and deliver results.
- Community Engagement: Demonstrated experience in fostering technical communities and promoting collaborative innovation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of stakeholders.
- Experience: You should have 5+ years of experience as a hands-on Fullstack Developer, and 1+ years of experience leading a technical project or managing a development team.
