Need a freelancer for system design and consulting

Our company develops wireless sensors for vehicles to monitor tire parameters. We have one Junior Fullstack programmer in the team.

Our project may take 2-3 months and consists of two parts:
(1) Collect the data from the sensors using a simple mobile app and upload it to the cloud.
(2) Build the entire database from scratch and make it ready for data analysis purposes.

Need to do preliminary research work to choose the best Technology, languages, DBs, Cloud.
Neet to guide and mentor our programmer.
Need to be hands-on on the project.
