Senior Software Engineer Full Time for Startup

The Role & Responsibilities:

• We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our initial team and to take a key role in designing and building our platform.
• You will also be responsible for leading the development of the backend side of our platform, and have the opportunity to grow with us and make a tremendous impact on the company.

Key Requirements:

• 5 years experience in software development engineering.
• Experience with building cloud-native applications in a microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD
• Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
• Proven experience in building products from scratch - must have
• Experience in Fintech companies - an advantage
• Previous experience in a leadership role - an advantage
• Proactive self-starter with a solutions-focused, positive attitude
• Team player, with excellent collaboration skills.
• Comfort adapting to changing situations and priorities with a high sense of accountability and urgency
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Hebrew and English
