About the Role

We are looking for a brilliant, experienced senior software tech lead with a strong passion for web technologies to join the team. As a part of the team, you will take the lead on the design and development and team management of our full-stack efforts. You will also take part in designing and building our cloud-based solutions. You will face challenges of performance, scalability, and availability, all of them in a cloud-based environment with the newest tools and technologies. This is a truly unique Engineering position, putting you in charge of every aspect of the system and the development life-cycle. Please note that we are looking for a tech lead who speaks and writes English, Hebrew and Ukrainian or Russian.

What you’ll do

Work with an extremely talented full-stack team in a dynamic environment.

Build effective systems for working in a complex software landscape.

Infrastructure design, planning, and development.

Mentor other developers, provide guidance, set coding best practices, and be accountable for major architecture decisions from design to production.

100% Cloud-based development on top of AWS & distributed data center.

Building micro front-end apps using the latest FE technologies.

Leading the team in Jira, assign coding tasks, manage the sprints and daily scrum over slack with the client and the dev team.

What you’ll need to succeed

5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with one of the programming languages Java, Scala, Go, or Node.JS.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in one or more FE frameworks such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js.

Passionate about building high scale, highly available distributed systems with the latest technologies.

Experience with NoSQL database (Cassandra). Familiarity with distributed system concepts like parallel processing, consistency, replication, and scalability.

Solid experience with React, its design decisions, and different state management paradigms.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience.

Web security knowledge - a plus.

Must speak and write in English, Hebrew and Ukrainian or Russian
