Phase-2 project upgrade our current site. Essentially, the upgrade project migrate hosting to the cloud (GCP compute engine), add an application for diagnosis of mental health disorders, and upgrade existing Rorschach inkblot test application.

Required skills:
The basic required skills are mastering of internet technologies to establish secured cloud based VM, and excellent knowhow of common internet techniques and languages, like HTML, CSS (responsive design), JS, PHP, Mysql, etc.

1. Infrastructure
Cloud computing - GCP compute engine.
Configure, upgrade and manage Ubuntu server with Apache/PHP/Mysql stack.
Harden servers security and implement HIPAA guidelines for managing medical information in the cloud.
Set DNS, https, SEO, Mailbox, and other website related features.

2. Account
Upgrade registration and subscription plan, and set SaaS subscription and billing system according to phase-2 specification.

3. Applications
Upgrade current programs (DxP, RAP, + Pro), and integrate them with subscription and billing plan.

Time line: Development: 4 months. Live Testing: 3 months. Support: 1y from last payment (provide programmer code inaccuracies fixes).
Budget: 25-50k ILS.
Payments: 10% 14 days from start, 40% at the end of apps development phase, 40% at publication, and 10% at the end of testing phase.
