Need a freelancer for Wordpress landing pages/webs with multi-lang & responsive

I'm looking for someone who knowa good the front side and working with wordpress with good skills on:
html, css, js,php, sql

to take and to make well-done projects on wordpress with multi languages pages/ design(almost allways design is ready) and resposive for computers / mobiles etc..
