Design Two Compelling Flash Banners comforming with Google AdWords Requirements

We've recently launched pets.areTOP.com and we are looking for someone to create two flash banners to promote the site. Each of the banners will highlight a different feature of the site.

The banners will be placed in 10 different pets' websites via the Google AdWords Advertising Network and accordingly must meet the requirements of the network.

We would like the banners to be ready for Wednesday of next week.
